I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially the spacious family room which was clean and well-located at a private bay. There were plenty of pools to choose from, and the kids loved the mini disco and daycare services. While the staff member Luidmilla provided excellent assistance, I did encounter some rudeness from a few others. Overall, it offered good value for a family-friendly vacation despite some service issues.
